    UAE and Australia explore ways to strengthen trade and energy ties

    MENA Newswire News Desk: Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a productive meeting today in Canberra with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, focusing on strengthening the bilateral relationship between the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Australia. The discussions, which took place as part of Sheikh Abdullah’s working visit to Australia, emphasized the importance of enhancing cooperation across various strategic sectors.

    Sheikh Abdullah expressed his appreciation for the warm relations shared by the UAE and Australia, highlighting the steady growth of bilateral ties. He emphasized that both countries are dedicated to capitalizing on available opportunities to strengthen their alliance across multiple domains, reinforcing mutual efforts toward economic resilience and sustainable growth.     The meeting was attended by prominent officials from the UAE, including Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade; Saeed Mubarak Al Hajeri, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic and Trade Affairs; and Dr. Fahad Obaid Al Taffaq, UAE Ambassador to Australia. Their participation underscores the UAE’s commitment to strengthening diplomatic and economic ties through sustained engagement at the highest levels.
